Scrapmuse November Projects

Here are my projects for the November kit. This kit was a lot more graphic design/modern than the last few kits, so it was really fun to work with something so different.

 

This first page uses the following digital grid from Designer Digitals.  http://www.designerdigitals.com/ecom/product_info.php/products_id/5877 By using this grid and printing it to my 12x12 paper, this page was created from start to finish in 30 minutes.

I then added the grids, which I hand drew to mimic the grid from the previous page.

 

This is a fun and simple two page layout that holds six photos and plenty of space for a title or journaling. I added my journaling behind the Piggy Tales Barn Door to make the page interactive.

 

This final layout uses the Priority mail box that your muse was shipped in for the background. I torn off some of the outer cardboard layers and then covered the background with green paint. I intentionally left some of the areas unpainted to give it a more artistic look.

Scrapmuse November Kit Preview

What a fun kit we have this month! I loved all the bright colors and bold patterns. These are great for photos with equally bright colors, kid photos or scrapping those summer memories that you have not gotten to yet.

On my page I used a digital overlay to create the grid pattern and then added my photos, patterned paper and embellishments for a really quick and fun page. Stay tuned for more sneak peeks later this week! Happy Sunday!
